Perhaps a ski mask to cover the face, and then two additional arms on each side. You can do this by sliding extra shirts between the body and the pillow case then stuffing the arms so that they stick out away from your body. Easy and cheap, not to mention quick, homemade spider costume.

If you want to enhance the effect, then some scary make-up and some big fangs dripping with venom might do the trick.
